Rainbow Jell-O=Delicious.

When I was growing up, my dad's cousin's wife made this layered jell-o for special events like Thanksgiving and I never forgot it. When I grew up, I asked for the recipe and have made it for family dinners every once in a while. Apparently, it was memorable for others too because everyone was very excited to see it arrived for Thanksgiving. Guess it will have to be a traditional "Bec" dish to bring to family dinners. Thought I'd do a picture play-by-play...

First the red layer...

Then the sugary milk layer...

Then the next color, milk layer, next color, milk layer, finish with a color layer...and wah la... you have layered rainbow jell-o. So yummy.

That looks so fun! My girls would probably take down the whole pan. I'll have to get the exact measurements for the "sugary milk" layer from you one of these days and try it out. It feels like our paths never cross any more - miss you!

PS- Marc had a great time up in Riggins on the fishing trip!
