Baby Doc Appointment.
Owen was born at 8 pounds 7 ounces on Tuesday, May 29th. Thursday, May 31st, he left the hospital at 8 pounds. The next Monday, June 4th, we went to his first doctor's appointment and he weighed in at 8 pounds 10 ounces. Everyone seemed to be pretty amazed at that. The doctor seemed skeptical and said that we would have to confirm it with his weight at his next doc appointment. Byron and I took Owen in yesterday and he weighed in at 9 pounds. So, yup, he is a-gaining-weight. Wahoo!

Nothing wrong with that...although don't be surprised if people say what a big boy he is. ALL THE TIME! I can tell you some stories! People need to learn to keep their comments to themselves sometimes. Anyway, good to hear he's doing so, so well!
